Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Depending on the item, we endeavour to despatch all orders within 24 hours.
If an item happens to be out of stock, we will contact you and offer either a full refund or arrange an alternative delivery date where possible. For all our products, with the exception of furniture and larger items, we offer 2 delivery options.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY £4.50

Monday to Friday only, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Please note most of our deliveries are recorded and will require a signature on receipt.

NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY £10.50

When available this service is for Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order on the next working day, providing we receive your order before 12noon. A signature will be required on receipt

*Our Standard and Next day delivery costs are for orders up to 10 kg. Remote areas will incur an additional surcharge of £3.00 with standard delivery being the only option. As your items have further to travel, please allow an extra day for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVEY 2kg and under.

Monday to Friday only, please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

Less than 500g - Europe £10.85 - Rest of World £12.50.
500g to 1kg - Europe £12.50 - Rest of World £17.30.
1kg to 2kg - Europe £16.60 - Rest of World £22.45.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY Over 2kg.

Monday to Friday only, please allow 6 - 10 working days for delivery.

Europe £40.00 - Rest of World £60.00.

BULK ITEMS - FURNITURE & LARGER ITEMS

The delivery cost for bulk orders is £50.00. You will be notified upon despatch of your order. For delivery of furniture to remote areas, please contact us on 01654 767475 as surcharges do apply. 
Before ordering, please take time to measure the space and access points to ensure the item is suitable. Measurements are given to within 1–2 cm on the individual product page.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded within 48 hours.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 48 hours of receipt, where a full refund will be given.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Seld really hope you will be happy with your items, but if not then we can either exchange your item for something else or offer you a refund. An exchange or refund will only be offered within 7 days of receipt of goods.

CONDITIONS

We ask that the items are returned to us within 7 days of receipt , unused and with all the original tags and packaging intact. A return form can be downloaded from the website . Alternatively, we can e-mail a return form to you on request. Please complete and enclose the Return form with your delivery and please tell us why you are dissatisfied.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt on 01654 767475 or email returns@seld.co.uk

POSTAGE

Unfortunately we can not be responsible for the return postage and recommend that when you post the goods that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
